Support Services
The Support Services team consists of:
- Four senior support workers who provide support, each specialise in a specific area such as criminal justice system, substance misuse, mental health and young people and women who have been trafficked into the sex industry.
- Eight support workers who provide generic support to our service users.
- Two support managers who manage the support staff.
All our service users have a support worker to guide them through their time with Eaves. Together they decide what the service user would like to achieve and draw up a support plan. The support worker and service user meet regularly to work towards agreed goals.
