Housing Management
The Housing Team consists of:
- Two housing officers (one for north London and one for the south London) who carry out health and safety inspections, sign up new service users, distribute cleaning materials and visit the properties on a regular basis.
- Repairs administrator who is the first point of contact for all repairs. She will log the repair and either allocate an Eaves’ contractor to carryout the work or report the repair to the housing association who owns the property. - Repairs and maintenance officer – who carries out small repairs on behalf of Eaves.
- Benefits Advisor/Rent Arrears Officer – who is available to assist you with completing housing benefit forms, preparing appeals for back dating of housing benefit, maximising your benefits to ensure you are receiving your entitlement and monitoring rent arrears.
