If you have a concern or suggestion about a particular service you should speak to the member of staff concerned or their senior manager as soon as possible. If there has been a problem we will try to sort it out straight away.

We want to know when services go wrong so if you are still not happy with the outcome, you can make a formal complaint using our complaints procedure (You can download the complaints procedure here). This sets out our complaints policy and the procedure you need to follow and includes the appropriate application form.

Our aim is to prevent situations from ever developing into complaints, but if they do we encourage service users and stakeholders to come forward with any complaints and comments. Only then can we protect the quality of our services and ensure the needs of service users are appropriately met.
